Proven experience in battery testing using equipment such as AVL, Arbin, Bitrode and knowledge of automotive battery standards (ISO12405, UN38.3, AIS 038/048/152, UL, SAEJ2664, IEC 62660, GB/T).
Demonstrates strong ownership with ability to lead teams and manage complex validation test plans for EV powertrain systems.
Experienced in conducting root cause analysis and correlating field issues with validation and design verification processes.
Strategic thinker with in-depth understanding of EV vehicle systems and lifecycle, capable of integrating testing results into product optimization and failure mode identification.
