Analyze multi-level global, regional, and country sales and forecast data to identify trends and improve forecast quality supporting consensus forecasting processes.
Develop and maintain KPI reporting on forecast accuracy, bias, and demand performance; conduct root-cause analysis and scenario planning within Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Maintain data quality in demand planning systems; support analytics automation and integration of advanced forecasting tools to enhance demand planning capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, commercial analytics, or related roles.
Proficiency with global demand planning systems such as Anaplan, Kinaxis, SAP, or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years relevant experience.
Strong analytical ability with proven experience transforming complex data into actionable demand insights and forecast performance improvements.
Experienced in statistical forecasting, scenario analysis, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
Comfortable operating cross-functionally with global, regional, and country stakeholders in supply chain and commercial teams to drive alignment and forecasting maturity.
