Own the product backlog and roadmap for digital lab and data platform capabilities supporting Process Development.
Partner with stakeholders across science, technology, and business to define and deliver capabilities improving data quality, lab execution efficiency, and scientific insight.
Lead Agile product management activities including requirements definition, sprint planning, UAT, and release readiness to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience OR Master's degree with 3 years relevant experience OR Doctorate.
Experience managing digital lab platforms or product ownership in similar scientific R&D environments is preferred but not strictly mandated.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Work Experience Required: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience depending on degree level.
Experience in pharma R&D digital platforms such as ELN, LIMS, or cloud data platforms like Databricks or Redshift.
Proven ability to translate scientific and business needs into scalable digital product solutions with a measurable impact on lab process efficiency and data quality.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience driving cross-functional Agile teams with end-to-end product ownership responsibility.
