Design and develop power plant control system software including control logic, HMI, and system configuration for DCS, SCADA, and PLC.
Interpret plant documentation such as P&IDs, Functional Design Specifications, control philosophies, and cause & effect matrices to configure control systems.
Lead system integration, testing (FAT, SAT), commissioning, troubleshooting, and prepare detailed engineering documentation.
Minimum 10 years in Control System application engineering for power plants with at least 5 years hands-on experience in DCS software engineering.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
Strong experience with DCS platforms such as Mark VIe, 800xA, SPPA T3000, Honeywell, Emerson.
Proficiency in IEC 61131 programming languages (Ladder, FBD, ST, SFC); knowledge of IEC 61850, IEC 60870, DNP3 standards.
Experienced in design and implementation of control logics including interlocks, sequences, protection, and automatic control functions for power plant components (Generator, GT, ST, Boiler, HRSG, BoP).
Skilled in configuring DCS IO databases, alarm & event management, and HMI screen development focused on operator usability and plant monitoring.
Familiar with large power plant environment control systems and capable of leading testing, commissioning and collaboration across related technical teams.
