Plan, execute, and deliver multiple complex IT projects on schedule and within budget across traditional and Agile methodologies.
Lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement.
Manage project resources, budgets, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communication including executive reporting and portfolio planning.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
8-12 years of related IT and business project management experience; 3-5 years experience as Scrum Master.

Location requirement: 4 days per week work from Gurugram office.
Experienced in managing large, complex IT projects including infrastructure, application, SAP, compliance, and office relocation.
Proficient in Agile frameworks, Azure DevOps, Planview or equivalent project planning tools; capable of leading Agile/Kanban teams and facilitating multi-team Agile ceremonies.
Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated by experience coaching teams, working with diverse stakeholders, and delivering consistent project outcomes in a matrixed environment.
