Skilled in supporting infrastructure platforms and SRE for BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, or IBM Cognos.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration for infrastructure modernization within complex, regulated environments using advanced monitoring, ticketing, and automation tools.
