Own end-to-end execution of complex filter NTI programs from concept through release, managing schedule, cost (NRE), risk, and cross-functional alignment.
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer-facing functions ensuring on-time delivery and issue resolution.
Manage detailed schedules with critical path analysis, NRE cost tracking, risk mitigation, and provide executive updates on program status and recovery actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years experience in engineering program or project management within semiconductors, RF, or hardware NPI / NTI environments.
