Own and maintain Global Delivery dashboards, KPI reports, and executive presentations covering revenue, margins, utilisation, fulfilment, CSAT, ESAT, and AI adoption.
Drive governance meetings across delivery teams, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and ensure timely tracking and closure of action items.
Lead operational execution of strategic programmes including AI adoption and delivery excellence, managing project plans and escalating risks proactively.
8–12 years of experience in delivery operations, PMO, business operations, or similar roles in IT services or consulting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI preferred.
