Own end-to-end design and detailing of Civil & Structural works for PTD IC, SS projects (11kV to 765kV) and ancillary civil works for UPD projects.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team including Lead Engineers, Design Engineers, and draftspersons to deliver engineering activities within budget and on schedule.
Coordinate cross-discipline engineering activities with Electrical, MEP and other teams and interface with project execution teams and clients for approvals and issue resolution.
12-18 years of experience in civil & structural design and engineering, preferably in substation/power distribution projects or related sectors (oil and gas, fertilizers, construction).
Bachelor's (B.Tech) in Civil or Master's (M.Tech) in Structural, Geotechnical or Environmental Engineering mandatory.
Experience with STAAD, ETABS for analysis; AUTOCAD, REVIT for drawing; TEKLA knowledge is a plus.
Work Experience Required: 12-18 years including preferably 2-3 years in a lead role on projects.
Experienced in leading multidisciplinary civil and structural engineering teams on complex power transmission or substation projects.
Skilled at coordinating with multiple stakeholders including external consultants, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and quality standards.
Proficient in applying domestic and international codes and standards, with practical knowledge of site, topographic and environmental conditions impacting design decisions.
