8+ years of experience in C++ programming specifically in filesystem development.
Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, parallel processing, system performance, and scaling.
Experience with replication, disaster recovery, NAS protocols (SMB, CIFS, NFS, S3), distributed filesystems, and object storage is required or a huge plus.
BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering required.
Experienced with large-scale, highly available distributed systems development and engineering challenges.
Proven skills in debugging, diagnosing, troubleshooting complex production-grade software, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with using developer tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Testrail and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision making.
