Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform capabilities, including Authentication, B2B Identity, and Consumer Identity.
Manage the full product lifecycle—ideation, MVP definition, execution, go-to-market, and iteration—of identity-related platform products and services serving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture leads, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable identity services including AI/ML integrations, while defining and tracking KPIs to drive measurable business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of product management experience, specifically owning platform or infrastructure products; experience with large-scale IAM platforms preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of identity and authentication standards (OpenID Connect/OAuth, FIDO, NIST 800-63), APIs, platform design, and AI-powered capabilities.
Experience with data-driven product management including defining KPIs, using data tools (SQL, Kusto, PowerBI) for analytics and decision-making.
Experienced in strategic product management of complex, large-scale IAM or developer-focused platform products in SaaS environments.
Technical depth sufficient to partner with senior engineering and architecture leadership on technical tradeoffs and secure platform architecture.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs involving multiple dependent teams and influence senior leadership on platform strategy and business outcomes.
