Own the team backlog end-to-end, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy for effective execution.

Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, using behavior-driven development (BDD) principles, and prioritize backlogs with value-based frameworks (Cost of Delay, WSJF).
Hands-on experience with backlog management/delivery tools such as Jira or Confluence.
Experienced in balancing diverse stakeholder needs while maintaining team focus on high-value delivery in Agile environments.
Skilled in applying Lean UX, design thinking, and human-centered design to identify customer problems and guide solution design.
Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and participation in associated events (PI Planning, System Demos) is a strong advantage.
