Own design and execution of test strategies and test cases across SAP modules and other enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Kinaxis, Hyperion, and Anaplan.
Lead adoption and management of test processes, KPIs, and SLA-driven QA operations, including both manual and automated testing practices, within a global delivery model with onsite responsibilities in Bangalore.
Support end-to-end transformation initiatives including test readiness, defect tracking, go-live, and post-production validation while mentoring junior QA team members and collaborating with global stakeholders.
8+ years of experience in Software QA with strong enterprise system exposure, especially in SAP S/4HANA testing.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science, or related field).
Mandatory onsite work mode: 5 days per week in Bangalore, India, with US time zone overlap required.
Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., qTest) and at least one test automation framework/tool.
Experienced in managing and executing QA in fast-paced, large-scale enterprise transformations involving SAP and related platforms, with tracked success against KPIs and SLAs.
Comfortable working in distributed global teams and across multiple time zones, including close collaboration with US-based teams.
Strong process improvement mindset with expertise in Agile/Scrum and LEAN methodologies, capable of driving operational excellence and QA maturity.
