Experienced in complex network/compute troubleshooting within enterprise Linux and cloud environments, capable of performing root cause analysis and incident management.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration involving engineering, product, and customer teams to resolve critical issues and improve service continuity.
Capable of producing detailed migration plans and lab simulations to validate architecture and minimize disruption during cloud infrastructure initiatives.
