Develop and maintain Layer-1 (PHY) firmware for 5G NR gNodeB focusing on uplink and downlink PHY channels such as PUSCH, PDSCH, PUCCH, PDCCH, PRACH, SRS, SSB.
Implement and optimize real-time signal processing algorithms including channel estimation, equalization, HARQ processing, MIMO, beamforming, and FEC processing (Turbo, LDPC, Polar coding).
Integrate PHY software with MAC, RF, and hardware platforms and debug complex PHY-level and real-time issues, optimizing latency and throughput.

Experienced firmware engineer with deep knowledge of wireless PHY layer and strong background specifically in LTE and 5G NR PHY development.
Proficient in real-time embedded systems programming with a strong focus on performance optimization and debugging complex PHY-level software.
Familiar with integration across system layers (PHY, MAC, RF), comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop carrier-grade 5G NR PHY features.
