Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and practices for multiple cross-functional teams ensuring delivery excellence in scaled, fast-paced environments.

Experienced Scrum Master comfortable operating in large-scale and distributed Agile environments, familiar with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
Strong focus on data-driven delivery improvements through Agile metrics analysis and continuous coaching to drive team performance.
Effective stakeholder management skills with experience fostering collaboration across multiple teams and resolving impediments proactively in complex delivery landscapes.
