Lead and manage Gasoline & CNG functional calibration projects throughout the product development lifecycle, including planning, coordination, and delivery management.
Act as primary interface for Global OEM customers (Japanese & European) for requirements engineering, project status, and technical discussions.
Oversee project acquisitions, documentation, audit preparation, budget management, team leadership, and daily operational activities.
10 to 12 years of relevant Mechanical/Automotive work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (B.E).
Experience with powertrain systems, engine management, and functional calibration projects.
Proven skills in project management including customer interaction, stakeholder management, cost control, and scheduling.
Experienced in leading calibration development projects with strong technical and customer-facing project management skills.
Familiarity with model-based calibration tools (e.g., Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, AVL Puma) and INCA/ETAS tools, with understanding of engine combustion and emissions.
Comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams, driving project timelines and deliverables, and working with global OEMs in an engineering-centric environment.
