Own Level 2 escalation support for complex infrastructure incidents and service requests across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Maintain and administer networking, servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure), including infrastructure upgrades and changes.
Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, process improvements, automation efforts, and support security and compliance activities.
7+ years experience in infrastructure, networking, or cloud roles in complex IT environments.
Proven Level 2 escalation support experience with strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN).
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure along with relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator Associate).
Experience supporting Windows Server and/or Linux environments; strong troubleshooting skills across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Experienced engineer comfortable independently handling complex technical escalations and mentoring junior engineers.
Technically deep in network infrastructure and cloud administration (AWS/Azure), with practical knowledge in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Strong operational mindset focusing on system reliability, security compliance, process improvement, and effective cross-team collaboration.
