Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Operations Research; M.S. or MBA preferred.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in data mining, analysis, modeling, and report development using large granular data sets for retail clients.
Strong technical skills in SAS, SQL, MS-Excel (including VBA), and PowerPoint; experience with Hadoop and statistical analysis techniques is a plus.
Ability to travel internationally to client sites and work across multiple global time zones; excellent English communication skills.
Experienced in analyzing SKU-level retail data related to pricing, promotions, assortment, loyalty, and customer communications with ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
Skilled in managing complex analytics projects independently, balancing technical execution with stakeholder communication and quality control.
Comfortable operating in a global matrix environment supporting multi-region solution delivery and collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.
