Experienced in financial services operations with a strong grasp of market-driven timelines, regulatory requirements, and wealth management workflows.
Capable of managing multiple concurrent incidents under pressure with strong ownership and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient at documenting processes, incident analysis, and contributing to continuous improvement of batch operations and monitoring practices.
