Expert knowledge of IT systems, network topology, project implementation and management.
Strong understanding of payment transaction processing, including Authorization, Clearing, and 4-party model (mandatory).
Working knowledge of API testing and financial messaging standards ISO 8583 and ISO 20022.
Experienced in managing multiple technical projects with key customers in payments or financial services.
Strong communication skills capable of interfacing with customers and delivering training.
Technically proficient with a consultative approach suitable for processing implementation and troubleshooting.
