Own the creation, review, and execution of detailed manual test cases for loan originations, debt collections, and payment processing workflows in an Agile environment.
Maintain requirement traceability and collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure quality through defect discovery, logging, and verification.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, supporting teams in clarifying requirements and improving test documentation, including leveraging AI tools.
4-6 years of experience in manual/functional testing, specifically within Banking and Financial Services domain involving Loan Originations and Debt Collections.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Hands-on experience with QA methodologies and tools, including Jira, Xray, and Confluence.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experienced manual tester with practical domain knowledge in loans, debt collections, and payments processing at a functional level.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and QA teams in Agile sprints.
Analytical and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to handle requirement ambiguities and use test management tools efficiently.
