S&C GN - Tech Strategy & Transformation - Transformation Coach - Senior Manager

Lead early-stage large-scale transformation programs by partnering with senior client leadership to define strategy, governance, and ways of working for sustained transformation outcomes.

Coach C-suite and program teams on transformation management best practices, embed governance, and build accountability models to drive disciplined execution and value realization.

Deploy Agentic AI solutions to automate transformation tracking, analysis, and measurement, enhancing program governance and accelerating value realization.

12 to 17 years of large-scale consulting or internal strategy/transformation experience, with at least 5 years leading or contributing to Value Realization Office or Transformation Management Office for large programs.

Master’s degree required; MBA from a Tier-1 institution strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience as a Transformation Coach shaping early-stage transformation, governance, and team enablement on enterprise programs.

Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI and AI agent frameworks applied in enterprise transformation or program governance contexts.

Experienced in setting up and running TMOs/VROs with strong command of KPIs, value trees, business cases, and governance design for large digital transformations.

Capable of coaching senior leadership and cross-functional teams in transformation principles, accountability, and continuous improvement in ambiguous early program stages.

Skilled in applying AI-driven tools and agentic architectures to automate transformation management activities and enable data-driven decision making at executive level.
