Design, deploy, and support enterprise HPE Aruba WLAN solutions including Access Points, Mobility Gateways, Aruba Central, Clearpass, and Airwave.
Perform wireless troubleshooting and RF design activities such as site surveys and capacity planning to optimize wireless coverage and performance.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise networking and/or WLAN environments.
Working knowledge of HPE Aruba WLAN technologies and understanding of IEEE 802.11 fundamentals, RF concepts, and wireless security protocols (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X).
Ability to work in a hybrid mode with approximately 2 days/week onsite at an HPE office; ability to work aligned to Americas time zone.
Experience specifically with HPE Aruba WLAN solutions and related management platforms indicating deep domain expertise in these systems.
Capable of structured troubleshooting and RF design to optimize wireless network performance, indicating operational ownership and analytical capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and handle customer-impacting incidents, showing readiness for complex technical support in a multinational environment.
