Agentic AI Platform Product Owner, Managing Director

Own and drive the product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery timelines for an Agentic AI platform suite including workflow orchestration, Agent Store (marketplace), sandbox, and conversational agent products.

Serve as the primary product interface between business stakeholders and engineering/science teams translating business needs into platform features and agent capabilities, managing release coordination and platform scalability.

Lead customer enablement efforts including onboarding, training, and change management while tracking key performance indicators such as adoption rates, workflow completion, agent reuse, and user satisfaction.

10+ years (Managing Director level) or 7+ years (VP) or 4+ years (AVP) experience in product management for technology platforms with proven track record of shipping AI/ML or automation products at enterprise scale.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Formal experience as a product owner or product manager.

Strong understanding of agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and low-code/no-code platform paradigms.

Experienced in managing product roadmaps across multiple product lines simultaneously with strong stakeholder management skills aligning business, operations, and technology teams.

Skilled in data-driven decision-making using product analytics, A/B testing, KPI frameworks, and Agile product management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Familiarity with financial services operations and asset servicing workflows is a strong plus, indicating comfort in fintech and enterprise platform environments.
