Own and manage Productivity & Collaboration Services (PCS) intake channels and L3 escalation queues for Microsoft 365 and related services, prioritizing work based on business impact, risk, and compliance.

Minimum 7 years experience leading small operational teams in global, follow-the-sun delivery models with strong incident management and escalation experience.
Experienced in managing L2/L3 escalation queues specifically for Microsoft 365 and enterprise productivity services.
Skilled in delivering operational initiatives around migrations, cleanups, automation within a productivity and collaboration portfolio.
Strong prioritization, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement focus in a global enterprise IT environment.
