At least 2 years of technical experience in software development.
At least 2 years of experience with full lifecycle development using Agile methodologies.
Must be available for rotational on-call schedule outside standard business hours.
Experienced in managing complex software projects with measurable delivery and quality outcomes.
Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams including onsite and offshore members in Agile environments.
Familiarity with health and human services domain or Netsmart EHR solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
