Manage and deliver enterprise-wide APIs, data pipelines, and integration platform capabilities for Cigna and Evernorth within Data Integration Services (DIS).
Own product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure execution discipline across integration platform and reusable services including APIs and data ingestion/transformation pipelines.
Support innovation in AI integration and DevOps patterns, and augment portfolio initiatives by providing additional scrum team capacity as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred (Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
11–13 years of experience in an Agile technology organization with demonstrated agile or lean product development.
Direct experience developing APIs and/or data integration solutions; healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems (e.g., Spark, AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experienced in delivering enterprise platform capabilities and reusable services, particularly in data integration or API product management.
Ability to analyze and redesign complex healthcare operational workflows towards automated, scalable integration solutions.
Skilled at collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into business value and deliver scalable, resilient platforms.
