Monitor network performance and security, resolving issues promptly and coordinating with ISPs/Vendors for network restoration.
Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless, IPT, CUCM, and Data Center networks including hardware installation and configuration.
Conduct network audits for compliance, maintain documentation, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for network issues.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or IT.
2-4 years of experience in monitoring and troubleshooting network devices including WLAN, LAN switching, Routers, SDWAN devices, IPT, and CUCM.
Ability to work rotating shifts at Alcon Network Operations Center, Bangalore, with shifts from 6 AM to 3 PM and 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
Experience with ServiceNow ticket handling and working in ITIL environments.
Experienced in working with Cisco/Juniper products, Network Management solutions, Meraki, ISE, and Bluecat DDI.
Capable of leading and managing a high-performing team of analysts during rotating shifts.
Skilled in collaborating within complex matrix organizations and driving process improvements and standardization.
