Develop and maintain Layer-1 (PHY) firmware for 5G NR gNodeB focusing on uplink and downlink PHY channels such as PUSCH, PDSCH, PUCCH, PDCCH, PRACH, SRS, SSB.
Implement and optimize signal processing algorithms including channel estimation, equalization, HARQ processing, MIMO, and beamforming with real-time performance optimization for latency and throughput.
Integrate PHY software with MAC, RF, and hardware platforms and debug complex PHY-level real-time issues.
8+ years of experience in Layer-1 / PHY firmware development.

Familiarity with PHY-MAC interface protocols like FAPI/nFAPI and exposure to gNodeB/eNodeB PHY software development.
Background in DSP or wireless signal processing and experience with advanced NR PHY features such as massive MIMO, beamforming, O-RAN, or split-PHY architectures.
