Own and manage the full lifecycle of engineering and construction projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities across APAC, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
Coordinate with clients, property/facility management, consultants, and construction teams for executing tenant improvements and project management services.
Oversee project financials including requisitions and change orders, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and safety standards.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
At least 5 years of direct experience in engineering/construction project accountability and project management.
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in project management, leading and developing teams.
Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred.
Experienced in managing complex multi-phase projects involving various stakeholders in a client-facing role.
Demonstrated capability in project budgeting, scheduling, and multidisciplinary coordination within property/facility management contexts.
Experienced leader able to supervise, motivate, and develop project management teams with a strong focus on client service delivery.
