Lead project delivery for steam turbines and generators in Small Modular Reactor (SMR) projects, ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) targets are met.
Manage project scope including profit & loss accountability, resource allocation, risk management, and coordination with functions (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction).
Lead procurement and logistics for assigned scope: define procurement strategy and plan, manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier performance and expediting.
University degree in Engineering, Economy, or Business Administration.
Minimum 10 years of experience in energy industry with at least 5 months in tendering, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, or project management on complex infrastructure projects.
Extensive knowledge of project management fundamentals and procurement processes, including supplier/subcontractor management.
Language proficiency in English and French.
Proven experience leading teams to achieve project management excellence in energy new build or manufacturing design industry, preferably with turbine & generator products.
Capable of cross-functional leadership and coordination in complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Familiarity or basic knowledge of nuclear safety fundamentals relevant to SMR projects.
