Lead execution of Bank Data Governance outcomes including Data Quality, Data Dictionary, Data Lineage, and tooling enablement aligned to leadership's roadmap.
Manage BAU stability and delivery through planning, dependency management, risk escalation, and stakeholder coordination across Business, Tech, and Risk teams.
Create and maintain governance artifacts, deliverables, and reporting such as DQ scorecards, exception summaries, and operational documents supporting governance compliance.
6-8 years total professional experience with at least 5+ years supporting or operationalizing Data Governance frameworks/processes.
Prior experience in banking or financial services domain is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in at least two areas: Data Quality, Data Dictionary/Business Glossary, or Data Lineage.
In-office work required at least 3 days per week; work timings 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM India time.
Experienced in end-to-end operationalization of Data Governance frameworks in a regulated banking environment.
Strong hands-on skills across Data Quality, Data Dictionary, and Data Lineage with capability to build advanced Data Quality rules and manage tooling like IDMC or Informatica.
Proven track record of managing delivery including estimation, planning, RAID management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time results.
