Own end-to-end business analysis for the Group’s reconciliation IT ecosystem, including requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT coordination.
Lead IT business analysis activities on complex reconciliation projects, ensuring alignment between IT deliverables and business strategies in a globally distributed environment.

7 to 10 years of IT Business Analyst experience with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Experience in Banking Financial domain specifically in Reconciliation and working with Reconciliation tools (e.g., IntelliMatch, Duco, Gresham, TLM).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; Master’s or certifications (CSPO, PMP, AWS) are a plus.
