Hands-on experience with Middleware (IBM MQ on appliance and distributed platforms, Kafka, Solace) including administration, troubleshooting, and upgrades in large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience working in Agile environments with scripting skills (Shell/Python), observability tools (Grafana, Splunk), Ansible automation, and vendor/product troubleshooting.
