Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Deep functional knowledge in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Labor compliance, Pay and Work rule configurations, and Payroll integration, preferably with UKG Payroll and ADP.
Experienced in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities in large-scale UKG implementations.
Familiarity with API integrations, Middleware tools like Boomi, data migration, and industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, or Healthcare is preferred.
