8+ years experience delivering AI/ML solutions with ownership of enterprise-scale AI initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
Experienced in advancing AI POCs to production with demonstrated ability to create reusable workflows, evaluation frameworks, and architectural standards supporting enterprise adoption.
Strong collaborator across technical and non-technical stakeholders including engineering, product, and business leadership in a complex environment.
Familiar with AI development lifecycles, experimentation methodologies, cost and performance optimization, and ethical AI principles in a healthcare or similarly regulated domain.
