Experienced in architecting and validating integrations with channels and third parties using APIs, MQ, and batch processing.
Capable of planning and leading comprehensive testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and risk-based governance in complex banking environments.
Skilled in mentoring techno-functional consultants, managing incidents via ITIL practices, and creating thorough documentation and training for solution implementation.
