Integrate software packages into existing systems and subsystems; prepare and execute unit and regression test specifications.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3+ years of embedded development experience in the electric power engineering field in an industrial setting.
Proficiency in Real-Time Embedded Software Engineering using C/C++ on embedded processors/DSP/Microcontrollers with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, TI-RTOS, VxWorks).
Experience with HW/SW interfacing, real-time design considerations, fast network/data interfaces (1G/10G Ethernet, PCI-E), and Agile SW development practices.
Experienced in developing multi-threaded/multi-tasking real-time applications specifically for power system protection and control domain.
Knowledge of industrial/utility communication protocols (IEC 61850, DNP, IEC 60870-5-104) and cybersecurity constructs (static analysis, digital signatures, cryptography, PKI, TLS, SSH, etc.).
Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with an ability to guide and mentor team members while managing multi-tasking workload.
