Lead a cross-functional India-based team of 6–12 in Finance Transformation including testing, automation, data analytics, BSA/BDA, and data science.
Own delivery against the Finance Transformation roadmap: translate priorities into quarterly plans, manage execution of automation, testing, and analytics projects, and develop team capabilities.

Experience working in agile delivery environments with US-based product or engineering partners.
Experienced in managing roadmap-driven transformation delivery rather than just operational SLAs, with proven cross-functional execution ability.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving global environments requiring stakeholder management across geographies and seniority levels.
Skilled in building technical capabilities and talent development within a GCC/offshore setup, and acting as strategic liaison between India and US Finance Transformation teams.
