Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment and hybrid work model (2 days/week onsite).
Experienced in complex VMware environments including vCenter, ESXi, Horizon View, Unified Access Gateway, and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
Proficient in root cause analysis, network troubleshooting (pktcap, Wireshark), and VMware scripting with PowerCLI.
Capable of managing customer support with high productivity, quality documentation, and cross-team collaboration under SLA-driven operations.
