Lead full lifecycle implementation of o9 Supply Chain Planning solutions for diverse industries and geographies.
Analyze client supply chain processes, conduct workshops, and map requirements into phased solution blueprints.
Configure solutions, monitor performance, support issue resolution, deliver training, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum 4+ years experience implementing supply chain planning applications.
Strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts: Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, S&OP.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or equivalent; Master’s degrees (M.Tech/M.E/MBA/MCA) also accepted.
Experience with SQL databases and proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint; knowledge of statistical/optimization tools (R, SAS, CPLEX) desirable but not mandatory.
Experienced with o9 Solutions supply chain modules, including Supply Planning and Scheduling configuration.
Capable of managing end-to-end implementation and user acceptance testing with planners and end-users.
Skilled at interpreting large datasets for prioritization, with ability to lead and communicate effectively under pressure.
