Drive adoption and effective use of AI-assisted engineering practices within the team to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes, ensuring validation of AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Experienced in leading technical solutions and guiding teams on AI-assisted software development tools within an enterprise environment.
Strong background in cloud architecture (especially AWS) and microservices in large corporate settings with an emphasis on secure, resilient, and scalable systems.
Preferred knowledge of Capital markets, Securities Processing, Custody, DevOps, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and familiarity with React JS, Entity Framework, or heterogeneous platform integration.
