Own and manage the end-to-end design lifecycle of hyperscale or colocation data center projects from concept through construction and handover stages aligned with RIBA stages 2-6.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and act as single point of contact between internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to ensure design integration and compliance with client standards and global data center norms.
Track and report design deliverables, manage design risk, support tender evaluations, and ensure quality, schedule, governance, and smooth project handover including as-built documentation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
Minimum 10 years of experience in data center or mission-critical facility design and delivery.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams and external consultants.
Familiarity with RIBA stages 2-6 and design review processes; proficiency in design management tools like BIM 360, Revit, or equivalent.
Experienced in managing designs compliant with global hyperscaler standards (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta) and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Capable of handling complex project schedules, risk management, and governance within a fast-growing infrastructure environment.
Skilled at bridging technical and stakeholder communication, with strong command over design documentation, commissioning requirements, and project handover processes.
