Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Thermal, Automotive, Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
14+ years experience in automotive modeling and simulations involving 1D or 3D fluid flow, thermal, aerospace, multiphysics, multiphase, electrical, or chemical field evaluations at component, system, or vehicle level.
4+ years of people, operations, and business leadership experience.
Proficiency with thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, vehicle thermal management systems, and CFD tools such as STAR-CCM+, ANSYS Fluent, GT-SUITE, CONVERGE CFD, OpenFOAM, Amesim.
Experienced leader able to manage complex programs involving cross-functional integration with vehicle, powertrain, battery, and aerodynamics teams.
Strong technical capability in thermal system development and simulation with ability to establish quality standards and best practices for thermal simulations.
Skilled at customer and stakeholder management including interface with global OEMs and partners, and driving innovation in simulation-driven design optimization and automation workflows.
