Provide second-level technical support for Flight Plan Manager application, including monitoring, operations, maintenance, and deployments.
Diagnose and resolve complex customer-reported issues through logs analysis, application process tracing, and data investigations.
Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain proactive communication with customers, especially during high-severity incidents, while supporting configuration and technical solution implementations.
Minimum 2 years experience in technical support, application engineering, DevOps, or related field.
Hands-on experience with high-availability application environments on Windows and/or Linux platforms.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (querying and basic analysis), troubleshooting tools (e.g., SQL Profiler, ProcMon), monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix), and knowledge of file-based integrations (FTP) and messaging systems (MQ).
Ability to work onsite in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends; completed higher technical education (degree or diploma in relevant field).
Experienced in customer-facing technical support roles, preferably with exposure to aviation or airline industry.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex application issues and maintaining high service quality under pressure.
Capable of mentoring and knowledge sharing within teams, with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
