Own and evolve the company-wide design system including tokens, components, patterns, documentation, and governance.
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product teams to ensure components are accessible, high-quality, usable, and technically feasible.
Support system adoption through training, design reviews, usability validations, and continuous improvement of design tools and workflows.
3+ years in software product design with experience working on or heavily with design systems.
Proficient in Figma, designing components, tokens, and patterns for enterprise-level digital products.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or equivalent experience.
Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Nacharam, Hyderabad, Telangana (preferred).
Strong understanding of interaction and visual design principles with deep knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
Experienced in collaborating effectively within cross-functional agile teams including product management, engineering, research, and QA.
Familiarity with frontend technologies and design system standards enabling strong design-engineering partnership, preferably with knowledge of Google’s Material Design, React, HTML/CSS, and design token standards.
