Design, deploy, and support enterprise HPE Aruba WLAN solutions including Access Points, Mobility Gateways, Aruba Central, Clearpass, and Airwave platforms.
Perform wireless troubleshooting and assist with RF design activities such as site surveys and capacity planning for optimal coverage and performance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in enterprise networking and/or WLAN environments.
Working knowledge of HPE Aruba WLAN technologies (APs, controllers/gateways, Aruba Central).
Ability to work on a hybrid schedule with about 2 days onsite weekly at an HPE office, aligned to Americas time zone.
Experience with wireless technologies including IEEE 802.11 fundamentals, RF concepts, and wireless security (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X).
Able to perform structured wireless troubleshooting using tools like packet captures and spectrum analysis, with strong analytical skills.
Familiarity or certification in HPE Aruba or equivalent wireless certifications (e.g., ACMA, ACMP, CWNA) likely preferred.
