Manage large-scale Linux compute farms using LSF and/or Slurm and optimize throughput, utilization, and capacity planning.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in VLSI CAD infrastructure, EDA compute environments, HPC system administration, or SRE for engineering infrastructure.
Strong Linux/Unix administration skills with experience on large-scale compute farms using LSF and/or Slurm.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python preferred); hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, OCI, AWS, or Azure) including compute, storage, networking, and cost fundamentals.
Experienced in operational workflows for CAD/EDA flows such as synthesis, P&R, simulation, or DRC/LVS implementation and verification.
Comfortable troubleshooting software and infrastructure performance issues and benchmarking workloads for optimization.
Familiarity with Linux performance engineering, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), distributed file systems, and observability tools is advantageous.
