Develop and deliver data analytics and reporting solutions to support RAQA business functions including Audit, Post Market Surveillance, and Regulatory Affairs.
Extract, analyze, and visualize business data from multiple enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, TrackWise) to generate actionable insights and dashboards for decision-making.
Manage end-to-end projects for data reporting, ensure data solution sustainability, compliance with regulatory standards, and provide ongoing dashboard support and documentation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in data solutioning and dashboard reporting, preferably within quality and regulatory functions.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced analytics with experience using BI tools and working with data warehouses like EDW/Snowflake.
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S4 HANA, Salesforce, TrackWise, Veeva for data extraction and analysis.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and global regulatory standards; familiarity with AI/ML concepts in data analysis.
Experienced in quality and regulatory environments, preferably within medical device, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries.
Capable of independently managing complex analytics projects end-to-end in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
Strong technical expertise in integrating data from diverse enterprise systems and automating reporting solutions with advanced programming skills (SQL, Python, Snowflake).
